  • What are the measures taken for Clean, Care & Well-being?

    The safety and well-being of our guests and employees have always been our top priority, and that commitment takes on special significance in these times. We are dedicated to provide experiences in a safe and sanitized environment. Temperature scans on arrival, heightened cleaning and sanitation procedures, new spacious layouts in restaurants/ bars are some of the measures we have implemented to protect you. Explore our destinations with peace of mind with your very own Care Kit available for free in your room. It includes hand sanitizer, a face mask, and antibacterial wipes.

  • What is the Weather like?

    In general the climate in Kandy is tropical. Kandy has a significant amount of rainfall during the year. The average annual temperature in Kandy is 24.5 °C | 76.0 °F.

  • Can we occupy our rooms before 2 pm on the day of arrival? Can we vacate the room later than the confirmed time of 11 am?

    To allow time for cleaning (especially during high season), we would ask you to arrive by 2pm at the earliest and depart by 10.00 am. If your arrival / departure are delayed please contact our front desk immediately.Should there be no back to back bookings, we could arrange for an earlier check in or a later check out.

  • Can you arrange additional services, e.g. Visit to Temple of Tooth Relic, sightseeing, etc. for me?

    We are more than happy to arrange any additional services for you. We offer amongst others,we offer a variety of excursions as standard services. Our “RanTuk” a special three wheeler ( easily fits 3 adults) / car/ van for your transportation needs can be arranged for city tours etc. . Please see our excursions. It is strongly recommended that these extra services are booked well in advance of your holiday to avoid disappointment. A minimum of 1 week is recommended.

  • Do you have suitable wheelchair access?

    We offer rooms suitable with  wheelchair access. Please contact us for more information.

  • How do I cancel my hotel reservation without a charge?

    You have to cancel your booking 3 days prior to the booking date. Please contact our reservations on [email protected] for more information

  • Does my room reservation require a guarantee?

    Yes, all room reservations require a credit card guarantee.
