Was a satisfying breakfast and dinner. The staff there were very helpful and polite. Assisted us with all our needs. They checked up on us always to make sure everything was okay. They gladly allowed us early check-in and slightly late check-out as well. We got the suite, there was nothing to complain about. It was a spacious room
I stayed at Serene Kandy during mid August. I liked how attentive the staff were towards my needs. The manager Mr Manoj was very kind to arrange transport for me with his trusted driver to visit all the sights and landmarks. They were particularly attentive as I was traveling solo. Mr Keith, the restaurant manager, was really kind.
The staff were incredible helpful during our stay and couldn't do enough for us. The manager arranged a transfer for us to our next hotel at a really good price. We also had lovely for in the restaurant for our evening meal and breakfast. The hotel also arranged for us to see a traditional dance show and the Temple of the Sacred Tooth.
In Sri Lanka this was easily the best value for money. Dinner (3 courses) was included in the price and was nice. It also included breakfast too, for which there was a good selection. The manager Manoj, was very helpful and chatted to us for a while.
